History lives here. The Britannia Mine was the largest producing copper mine in the British Empire. In its 70-year life, people from more than 50 nationalities lived and worked here. Today, this National Historic Site has been unearthed into a major attraction.
There is something for all ages to explore at the Museum. The majority of exhibits are self-guided so like any good miner you can take your pick.
